How to draw NIGHTSBRIDGE

How to draw: NIGHTSBRIDGEThe Legend that comes with the Official Zentangle® Kit names this Nightsbridge, so that’s the name I used when I originally posted this tangle. Later and in my CZT training I learned the tangle is correctly spelled Knightsbridge.

Knightsbridge is an official tangle pattern, created by Zentangle® originators Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. As Sandy Bartholomew comments, “it has unlimited customizing options. Also, this simple grid is the basis for many advanced patterns. Once you master the straight on grid, you can wiggle the lines and really distort things.”

Sandy shows us how to draw this tangle and offers some suggestions for variants, here.

Check out the tag: zentangle for more official Zentangle patterns here on TanglePatterns.com.

Update 02/18/2013: Check out the various ways CZT Margaret Bremner demonstrates to play with Knightsbridge here.
