CONTACT LINDA

Linda Farmer, Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT#7)Hi there!

Please feel free to contact me directly by email – linda [at] tanglepatterns [dot] com.

As you can appreciate TanglePatterns is a busy site and if a response is required it’s not unusual for it to take several days. I usually reply during weekday business hours. Your patience is appreciated.

If you don’t hear from me within a couple of days, CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDERS.

Be sure to add my email address to your email program’s whitelist and add me to your contacts so my reply doesn’t get lost in your junk folder – Gmail is infamous for that.

If you are new to the site, I highly recommend visiting the ABOUT > HOW TO USE THIS SITE page for CZT Barbara Langston’s excellent free video guide on how to get the best out of all the features of TanglePatterns.com.

The majority of the inquiries I receive are questions that are already answered on the site, including how to find a Certified Zentangle Teacher near you. This FAQ page is a good starting point. (Also located on the ABOUT > FAQs menu).

Technical issues? Problems with your device? Try Google!

Google is your friend. My skill-set isn’t equipped for me to help with device issues but you can always find answers with a quick Google search.

Problems seeing the site? That usually means your browser is blocking it. Search online for a resolution for your browser’s issue.

Remember, Google is your friend.

Questions about TanglePatterns eBooks

  • Please read this before you contact me about the TanglePatterns.com TANGLE GUIDE:
    • For a detailed description of the TanglePatterns.com TANGLE GUIDE and its contents, go to its page on the BOOK REVIEWS menu at the top of any page
    • As instructed on the eBooks ordering page, and on your order confirmation web page, and in the email you received with instructions and your download link, and in the introduction of the Guide itself:  make sure you have thoroughly read the page titled “How the Guide works and a few fun ways you can use it”. The blank squares are explained so you understand how the GUIDE works. The introduction on page 2 also contains tips for printing the Guide.
  • If you didn’t download the Guide from your browser when you purchased it, look for the automated email that was sent to the email address you used with PayPal. It contains the download link. If you don’t see the email in your inbox check your junk/spam folders.
  • If you’re having problems getting the links in the eBooks to work, search Google for a solution. This has to do with your software and not the eBooks and usually involves adjusting a preferences setting in your PDF reader software.
  • If you had trouble downloading the file, please search your computer thoroughly before contacting me. Usually it turns out that the file downloaded just fine but you don’t know where it was saved on your computer.

Zentangle® Classes

Firstly, many thanks for your interest. Most appreciated!

I am not currently offering classes because this website and everything it entails takes all of my time and then some, but there are many CZTs in Florida.

The link to the list of Certified Zentangle Teachers is located in the left sidebar of the site under the heading SOURCE WEBSITES and you can find their contact info on the list. Once you locate a name, click on the name in the list for more information.

Thanks! And BTW — have you done your part to help keep TanglePatterns online and growing? Please SUPPORT TANGLEPATTERNS!
