AlphaTangle NOW available – for real

Greetings all, quick status update for you.

It has taken a week or so to get things straightened out on Amazon but Sandy Steen Bartholomew’s all NEW REVISED and UPDATED edition of AlphaTangle – A Totally Tangled Alphabet is REALLY now available for pre-ordering. Note: Even though the page says “Temporarily Out of Stock”, the book is available so go ahead and place your order.

As I noted in my original announcement, among its updates Sandy has added a list of basic supplies and simple steps for getting started, along with some drawing tips and 6 pattern mini-how-to’s: Nightsbridge, Keeko, Pearlz, Printemps, Hollibaugh and Ennies.

This is a great reference to identify many of the original 102 official tangle patterns and if you consider yourself a Zentangle® Zealot then you will be delighted to have AlphaTangle in your library.

Thanks so much for your patience!

Hi Bev, as I mentioned above “Note: Even though the page says “Out of Stock”, the book is available” – so go ahead, as Amazon says “Order now and we’ll deliver when available. We’ll e-mail you with an estimated delivery date”.

  • I ordered my copy today. The cover of the book looks great!

  • Thanks!! Another cool thing about this edition that most people might not notice… the “vintage” edition was (self-published) printed by a local printer and hand assembled. The new edition is a little bit bigger so it could be run thru a regular press and machine assembled – which means the binding should be more durable AND the images are printed true to the original. In other words, the pictures aren’t as pixelated and they look prettier! 🙂 Yeah!

The links to the “6 pattern mini-how-to’s” say page not found for all of them.

    Hi Linda,
Thanks for the info. It worked and my book is now ordered.
I didn’t click on a link before, I just went directly to
amazon.com (which still does not have the book by the way)
but it does show up if I click on a link above. Thanks.
