How to draw PILLOWS

Zentangle pattern: PillowsHere’s another grid-based tangle for you. Pillows is a pattern that first appears in CZT® Suzanne McNeill’s book Zentangle 2 and again later in Clay Classics Inspired by Zentangle, by Julie Eakes.

This is a very simple tangle pattern to draw and I couldn’t resist embellishing it just a little. This one makes a good filler and you can also place it along a string between sections with a single row or two.

Suzanne illustrates the steps for drawing Pillows, here.

Check out the tag suzannem for more of Suzanne’s patterns on TanglePatterns.com.

For Your Complete Zentangle® Library

Visit the BOOK REVIEWS tab at the top of the page for details on any of these great Zentangle® books. If you’re new to Zentangle and would like a suggestion, I highly recommend Sandy Bartholomew’s Totally Tangled – great tips on shading in there and lots of fun tangles.
