Watercolors

Shimmer, glimmer, and glow. When you can’t resist gilding the lily, check out these great watercolor options.

Just make sure your original drawing was done using permanent ink (like your Sakura Microns) or you’ll end up with havoc when your beautiful original ink runs.

H2O Watercolor Cakes - WildflowersLuminarte Twinkling H2O’s – Shimmering Watercolors

These are a new product and I’ve heard very good things about them though I have not tried them myself yet. Twinkling H2O’s kits from Luminarte are luscious watercolor cakes.

They are incredibly shimmery, non-toxic acid free, and safe for all ages to use.

Spritz cake with water to activate the paint. Apply with paint brush, sponge or other painting tool. Use on paper, canvas, paper-mache, gesso boards, air-dry clay, chipboard, cardstock, rocks, wood and even Easter eggs. These kits contains a free spritzer bottle and six paint colors.

Not only do these watercolor cakes look luscious, the color names are luscious enough to make you want them!
