How to draw GOTHIC

Zentangle pattern: GothicGothic is the creation of Mariët Lustenhouwer and this is her second tangle on the site. Her first was Fish Net.

“I have given it the name Gothic, because it makes me think of Gothic windows. You can fill the spaces in many ways to get different effects. So you can experiment with it endlessly.”

Zentangle pattern: GothicGothic certainly is a very flexible tangle pattern as Mariët points out. Just to show you how different they can be, here I played with just one of the many possible variations.

Mariët illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing her Gothic tangle, here.

Mariët, thanks for this pattern, I LOVE it, sure I’ll use it often. Like how I could do it right away, never have been a doodler so making tangles is a whole new world for me!
    Thanks again.
