Inaugural CZT-Asia seminars graduate 270 new CZTs!

czt-asia-270The first two of the inaugural CZT-Asia seminars have just wrapped up in Taipei, Taiwan with resounding success.

As a result, 270 more Mandarin-speaking CZTs will be teaching the Zentangle Method™ and Artform within their communities. (If my math is correct, this brings the total of CZTs world-wide to 2,593.)

CZT Laura Liu, and one of the leaders of the CZT-Asia program, tells me that each class had 135 participants. “We did not expect the same numbers at these seminars, the same numbers are a coincidence.”

Conducted in the Mandarin language, the certification seminars took place at the NTUH International Convention Center, in Taipei — CZT-Asia#1 from October 24-27, and CZT-Asia#2 from November 1-4.

For a complete history of the CZT Program, on the top menu bar visit ZENTANGLES > TEACHING ZENTANGLE® > HISTORY OF THE CZT PROGRAM on TanglePatterns.

We offer our congratulations to each and every new CZT, and to Zentangle HQ and the Taiwan team of CZTs who conducted this very successful international launch of the Zentangle CZT certification program.

This is an exciting development in Zentangle-land and a significant outreach for this wonderful artform into non-English speaking communities abroad.

Tangle on! 🙂

    Hi Linda,
I can imagine how the whole Zentangle team must feel. Over the top excitement for them and for the attendees as well!
I can’t wait to see what they post on the blog.
This is truly a benchmark moment, congrats.
