How to draw EYE-V

Canadian tangler Judy Murphy has “one last tangle” for us before she takes time off for the Christmas season. Judy recently shared her Youdoo tangle with us.

Eye-V is another of Judy’s whimsical tangles that’s super simple to do and has a quirky “other-worldly” look to it.

My example turned out a little dark so I used my white Sakura Gelly Roll to brighten up the “eyes”. I placed “vines” of Eye-V side-by-side to fill the space which, as it turned out, made for interesting shapes of white (negative) space between them.

Judy illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Eye-V below where she also explores several variations for her fun tangle.
