Hi friends, here’s our last one for April 2022!
As I was was writing that I was suddenly struck with thoughts about the unsettling state we were in this time last year and 2 years ago … Bless all those lost souls. Never complacent now.
Keek-o-Bloom is from CZT Sanyukta Saxena and it’s her third tangle on the site. All three tangles were inspired by Zentangle®-originals, Diamook from Mooka, and Jolly from Printemps.
She explains that for Keek-o-Bloom, the Zentangle-original Keeko “beautifully blooms into a flower to form this tangle.”
For my example I used one of Sanyukta’s ribbon-style variations of Keek-o-Bloom.
Sanyukta illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Keek-o-Bloom below. She includes pretty tiles showing ways it can be used as a focal image, in a grid or as a ribbon-style tangle as well as suggestions for embellishments for variation.
As you enjoy any of the tangles on the site, please leave a comment of thanks and encouragement to show the artists you appreciate them for sharing their creativity to inspire yours. Your thanks helps motivate them to continue to share! And please share a link to your favorite tangles on social media. Thanks!
Check out the tag sanyuktas for more of Sanyukta’s tangles on TanglePatterns.com.
