While a White Christmas seems inevitable in much of the USA and Canada, our tangling friends in Australia are dealing with record-setting, blistering heat.
Whether it’s from bush fires or any of the hazards of extreme heat or from the dangers of cold winter storms, our thoughts are for the health and safety of everyone, regardless of the time of year.
Australia had its hottest day on record Dec. 17, with a nationally averaged temperature of 105.6 degrees (40.9), according to the country’s Bureau of Meteorology.
On this last Friday before Christmas CZT Angie Gittles shares her lovely, fluid Noodle tangle with us.
Angie has shared several tangles with us, most recently we explored her Ponytail tangle.
Noodle came about on Noodle Ring Day, something I’ve never heard of but Angie’s desk calendar proclaims such a thing, and naturally there are websites:
Angie had pen and paper handy while watching TV on Noodle Ring Day and this tangle appeared,
“I decided to call it Noodle because it’s a fun word.
The starting orbs do not have to be straight (as shown in the top tile).”
Angie illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Noodle below where she features it in three stunning tiles. “The gray tile also features Jetties, and the black tile also features Knightsbridge.”
