How to draw NOVIO

Happy Valentine’s Day to all my tangling lovelies, may this and every day be very sweet to you. 🙂

Beth writes,

I decided to try a heart tangle. I have been down sick with the flu and now an upper respiratory infection, because I tried to go back to work before I fully recovered. So I decided to make the best of it and tangle some.

This is Novio, which I believe means sweetheart, in Spanish. My husband is learning Spanish, so since he is my sweetheart, I figured that would be a good name for a heart tangle.

Sometimes the more simple a tangle is, the better. I went with simplicity for this one.  I change it up the way I shade it or fill it in.

I totally agree with Beth, the simpler the tangle, the better. Hearts placed in alternating offset rows make for a lovely tangle of strings of hearts on a banner that can be embellished however you like. Both the banners and the hearts.
