How to draw CLOUDFALL

Hungarian tangler Lily Moon is back with her pretty Cloudfall tangle pattern. This is Lily’s third pattern on the site, her first two are Amphora and Lealad.

Lily has also contributed several strings to our resource and you can find them all by putting her name in the “Search TanglePatterns.com” box at the top right of any page (then pressing your Enter key).

Cloudfall is fun and easy to draw and makes a nice ribbon-type tangle. As with most ribbon or border tangles you can create an overall pattern by drawing rows of them adjacent to each other, perhaps even connecting them in some creative way.

Note that the curved auras added in Step 4 all connect to the same point on each spiral.
