Tangle Refresher 72

Tangle Refresher!Yippee!!!!

In many countries in the Northern Hemisphere this weekend it’s time to Spring Forward. Although Daylight Saving Time (<< thought-provoking article alert) means one less hour in the weekend, we’ll happily take it because it means Spring is nigh and there will be more daylight hours to enjoy.

What better way to take advantage than tangling. So get out your pens and have a beautiful weekend everyone. And remember to put your clocks forward!

The Tangle Refresher series, aka Buried Treasure, highlights hidden tangle gems from the past. It can remind you of patterns you might not have used for a while or introduce you to patterns you haven’t come across yet.

Here are five more tangle pattern gems and a Tangle Refresher from a year (or two) ago for your tangling pleasure. Remember to check out the “More Good Stuff” links below too. Zenful tangling!

BTW as you visit these tangles please Tweet or “like” them on Facebook so they get shared with a wider audience. Sharing links are on the left side of each pattern’s page. Thanks!

    Dear Linda,

Have you considered having a section labeled “borders” for those tangles that work well as a line or around an edge? I’m going to use BBs this time, and would love a handy reference for other ideas that work when one has a narrow space or wants to go around an edge.

    Thanks for all you do!

Thanks, Holly. I’ve used the tag “ribbon” for that type of tangle. They can all be woven through a Zentangle like a ribbon through narrow spaces or along edges, as you say. Check out the heading “Tangles by Type” in the left sidebar.
