The videos are awesome. I love looking at them every once in a while. I even added the tangle patterns some of the students were sharing in my collection of tangle patterns. My most favorites are the “Flower” by Linda Havorsen. The “L” shaped scripted with the lines inside the big loops by Linda Cobb. There’s other’s they shown, but I’ll be writing forever. I made notes of all the neat ideas they had to share. Oh, I also liked the pages filled with zentangle without a border, but the shape of the United States in the center or any object stencil you choose shown by kim Smith and taking a shape of an alphabet, blowing it up to the size you like, trace it and filling it with zentangle pattern shown by Susan Smith. Great Job Ladies!

I sort of bumped into ‘tangling through a friend who saw a pattern and followed some links. What interested me most about the videos was seeing people actually doing them. I live in Tasmania (Australia) on the North West coast where it hasn’t really taken off yet. I loved the “left brain” tangling as I cannot seem to make sense of Zentangle unless I have a central character in which I either do some patterns or do patterns all around.
