How to draw BRONX CHEER and BRONX SPEAR

This tangle arose when Zentangle originator Maria Thomas wanted to “make revisions” to a drawing.

For those who might not be not familiar with the term “Bronx Cheer”, it’s also known as The Raspberry — and here’s the Wikipedia explanation complete with video.

UPDATE December 8, 2018 – Project Pack #04. As part of the Twelve Days of Zentangle, 2018 Edition series, in this Day 6 video (starting at 11:03) Maria’s daughters Molly and Martha demonstrate how to tangle an unusual form of Bronx Cheer as a border or ribbon style tangle.
