How to draw INAURA

Zentangle pattern: Inaura. Image © Linda Farmer and TanglePatterns.com. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You may use this image for your personal non-commercial reference only. The unauthorized pinning, reproduction or distribution of this copyrighted work is illegal.Perhaps a cousin of Tucked In or even a distant relative of Palrevo, Inaura is a fun new tangle from Canadian CZT Bunny Wright.

Always having Zentangle® swirling around in my head, I got to thinking about ‘auras‘. I love drawing auras as well as circles and squares so, I came up with this pattern. I’m calling it ‘Inaura’. It’s a very versatile pattern, I think, because it can be used anywhere, as a filler, a border or fine on its own. I dedicate it to my husband’s Aunt Barb …. Fifty years ago May 1st, she introduced me to her good-looking nephew!! It was ‘love at first sight!’ Need I say more??

Bunny has previously shared another pattern that makes use of auras, her lovely Heartrope tangle pattern. Inaura is indeed very versatile, you can make a completely random pattern or create a more “organized” one depending on what you’re aiming for. And varying fills and shading also changes up this tangle.

Bunny demonstrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Inaura below and shows it a couple of ways in a completed Zentangle®.

Thus patterns that are drawings of a recognizable naturalistic or actual object, figure, or scene, are not tangles. A pattern is not always a tangle — here's what makes a tangle. Hello Bunny ,
I have not looked at the comments portion on my tangles in some time, I am sorry I did not respond to you . So this response is QUITE belated….:0)
I am in Oshawa and Whitby also, nice to know you are so close.
Do you hold workshops?. Let me know I would definitely attend one.
I am hoping to make it down to a CZT certification meeting but working retail keeps me pressed for time off, I have been wanting to head to one for a few years now.
Again sorry for not responding to your comment.
    Bye for now ,
    Judy
