How to draw WOVEN

Zentangle pattern: WovenSuzanne McNeill’s Woven tangle pattern comes from her book Zentangle 2. This second book in her growing series suggests incorporating Zentangle®-inspired art in your scrapbooks, journals, ATCs, card-making, and so on.

Created with alternating rice shapes, Woven can be a little challenging if your aim is to keep them the same size and aligned accurately. All those little open spaces also provide opportunities to change the pattern with shading and fills.

Suzanne illustrates the steps for drawing Woven, here.
