How to draw BLOOMING-BUTTER

Shelly Beauchamp's Zentangle Pattern: Blooming ButterBlooming-butter has the honor of being the second pattern submitted to TanglePatterns.com! With thanks to  Shelly Beauchamp who writes the inspiration came from the pattern on a butter dish, hence the name. You never know where pattern ideas may come from!

This illustration is Shelly’s. The blossom’s “ties” can swirl and link to more blossoms creating an overall pattern. Shelly illustrates her pattern on her blog, here.

Shelly is currently endeavoring to post a daily Zentangle® on her blog, do visit! Her style is one of my personal favorites. And while you’re there, read her poem in the sidebar entitled Today. Nice.

PS – the first pattern submitted to TanglePatterns.com is Scrumble, by Jane Monk. Check it out!
