Technical issues now solved!

Last night around 6 PM Eastern TanglePatterns.com experienced a technical issue making the site inaccessible for the last 12 hours. It has taken quite a long night but thanks to some brainy people the issue is fixed and the site is now back online as usual.

Thanks to those who emailed me to let me know about the problem. We were all in a panic together 😉

And thanks everyone for your patience while we figured this out.

I’m afraid it is not all fixed – I have clicked on many of the letters at the top of the page to access patterns beginning with “F,” “A,” etc. and a message comes up: Sorry, you are looking for something that is not there (or words to that effect).

  • I am unable to click on a letter to get patterns that way…. I think there is another bug!

With technology, we’re bound to have issues occasionally. Thanks to you, and the others who helped you, it looks like we can all take a collective sigh and appreciate all the hard work you do to bring such a wonderful site to us!

    Thank you Linda!

  • Good Luck, i am keeping my fingers crossed things will work out fine!

  • Rossana

    Linda,
All I can say is God Bless You!!! You are LIGHT years beyond me in the technical arena. About all I can say when things go wrong with my tech stuff is $%@@%#% and then when I calm down I say what I really feel…Ahhh, the wonders of technology!
Good luck to you young lady and I am sooooo very appreciative of your site!
    Hang in there!
    All the best.

Ahhh, I thought it was me! I was worried. This tells you how often I check your site!

Don’t forget to light a battery-powered candle to Saint Vidicon of Cathode! (Really, that’s a joke, from a SciFi book–the real patron saint of computers and the Internet is Saint Isidore of Seville–for real.)

What happened to the letters at the top where you can search patterns by letters? They disappeared 🙁 Are they coming back?? I just started looking at tangles, haven’t even tried any yet, and was all excited about this site and then I got my pens and came back, and *POOF* no more site! I was SOOO happy it was back this morning 🙂 Now just need to figure out how to browse tangles… Also, are all the samples shown at the top here with directions somewhere? I searched a couple and they didn’t come up… Cadent was one of them…. Thanks 🙂

Hi Maggie, that’s what I’m trying to sort out. Cadent does come up if you search, you just have to scroll down the list until you see it. Thanks.

      STILL WORKING ON THIS FOLKS!!

I have been away for a while and notice no alphabet choosings. Thank you for your diligence. Don’t forget to go get dinner, though

  • Let’s all take a deep breath, find our 01 Micron and do our Tangles…Ohmmmmmm…Ahhh.

  • Maggie

Ohhh, okay 🙂 Thank you so much for this site! I was so excited to find this gem of a resource. I can’t wait to get the guide!!
