How to draw FLYING GEESE

Zentangle pattern: Flying GeeseCZT® Suzanne McNeill’s tangle pattern Flying Geese is from the first book, Zentangle Basics, in her ever-growing series.

There’s something about Flying Geese I really like and maybe it’s just the fun I had coloring in the pattern. As simple as it is, it is quite dramatic in a Zentangle® because it leads the eye around the designs. Give it a go!

Suzanne illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Flying Geese, here.

If you’re a quilter you might also enjoy the YouTube video Suzanne has linked at the top of the same page demonstrating her “5-Minute Blocks for the Flying Geese technique”.
