How to draw BATON

Zentangle pattern: BatonCZT® Carole Ohl’s tangle patterns are always interesting and fun to draw. Baton is another of those patterns that uses only 1 or 2 single simple strokes, repeated, to create the design.

“This tangle is especially fun with more complicated strings. As the sections run into each other, some interesting shapes and angles can emerge!” And as Carole says, Baton is a lot of fun to shade.

Carole’s illustration of the steps for drawing Baton are here. She also posted several of her own examples of Baton in a Zentangle®, here.

Check out the tag caroleo for more of Carole’s patterns on TanglePatterns.com.
