How to draw SLALOM

After more than a month of medication-hopping I think I finally have the allergies somewhat under control. In need of “easy on the eyes” patterns, Sandra Strait’s tangle Slalom fit the bill just perfectly.

Slalom is a great filler that’s fun to draw and it has loads of potential for variation. Add solid fills as I did here, or more fills than I did, or double up the wavy lines, or double up the circles, just for a start.

And I bet shading would make it very dimensional. Oh wait, I tried that too!
