How to draw ACHY-BREAKY

Pennsylvania CZT Sue Schneider is back today with another fun tangle. Sue recently shared Flutter Net with us.

Achy-Breaky is a sweet graphic pattern that, like Knightspeek and many other tangles, takes advantage of the principle of alternation to create a rhythmic impact.

Achy-Breaky joins 26 more heart-related tangles on the site. To find them all, look for “hearts” in the TANGLES BY TYPE section in the left sidebar. With Valentine’s Day in the not-too-distant future, I’m sure some of you are already creating Zentangle®-inspired cards.

Sue illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Achy-Breaky here where she features it with a curvy Paradox and some Flux and Opus-y tendrils.
