TanglePatterns celebrates its 4th Anniversary today!

Today, tucked in between May Day and Cinco de Mayo celebrations, TanglePatterns.com celebrates four wonderful years of sharing Zentangle® learning, creativity, fun and inspiration with you.

TanglePatterns celebrates its 4th Anniversary

Four years ago on May 4th, 2010, I started the site with the greeting, “Hello Zentangle® Zealots!” And here we are four years later and still going strong. As I’ve said before, I couldn’t have done this without your love and support. A world of thanks to Rick and Maria for the beautiful gift of Zentangle. And thanks too, go to all the wonderful members of the Zentangle community around the globe for sharing their tangles and creativity with us all.

Lastly, many thanks for allowing me the honor and the pleasure of keeping your Zentangle passion fueled with TanglePatterns.com.

May the adventure continue!

How cool is that!! The same day as my birthday! Thank you for the inspiration and the door opening up into creativity!!
Happy Birthday–may you have years of continued success!

  • I am so thankful for your site. I have gotten so much enjoyment in learning all I can about Zentangles. I am very addicted to doing them. I also get a lot of comments when I am working on one lets say in a doctor’s waiting room.

I hope you have many more years of ideas and strength to carry on your site.

Thanks for sharing all your tangles! I’ve been studying and trying/ or not trying to duplicate them. I started out slow, making smaller tiles, then the Zentangle bug bit me! I’ve been progressing well to larger formats with more and more creative ideas that I’ve developed out of them. I think my tangles look great now, and it’s so peaceful. I “get” the zen part of it. I find when I feel a bit stressed, this really has helped- better than pills! Thank you! L

After 30 yrs of office work I found myself back in the pottery studio. I wanted to add texture to my pieces and ended up surfing around the net. I never knew anything about tangles and absolutely love the creativity of the people submitting their tangles. Thank you all for the wonderful ideas, even for pottery people. I have booked marked this site and so should everyone else.
