2014 CZT Seminar registration is now open

Linda Farmer CZT certificate, October 2011In their recent newsletter, Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas announced seminar dates for 2014 and they’ve expanded the program to four training sessions, “We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for our 2014 Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) training seminars. We will offer two summer and two fall seminars in 2014.”

As Rick writes in the newsletter,

At seminar, we deeply explore the ideas, techniques and principles of the Zentangle Method and art form. You will get to know us and understand who we are and how we run our company; you will meet and get to know your soon-to-be fellow CZTs; and most importantly, you will learn how to teach the Zentangle Method.

All seminars are held at the Hotel Providence in Providence, Rhode Island, (US). Each seminar begins on a Sunday evening and continues through the following Wednesday afternoon.

We (Rick, Maria and Molly) teach the seminar.

You will come to understand how wonderful this growing global Zentangle family and community is and how enjoyable and valuable attending seminar is.

The joy and value of being a CZT continues after seminar as you experience the gratitude of your students.

The registration pages below contain much more complete information on seminar activities and costs.

In 2014 certification seminar dates are taking place:

The seminars fill up very quickly, so be sure to register soon to ensure you get a spot.

These links and more information about teaching the Zentangle Method are always available on TanglePatterns on the ZENTANGLES > TEACHING ZENTANGLE page for future reference.

Are there any plans to roll-out CZT Seminars in Spain or in any other countries in Europe?

We are really excited to become CZT, but unfortunatelly we cannot afford a travel to the US.

    Regards,

    Moss

Hi Moss, you’d need to contact Rick and Maria with this question for a definitive answer – and please read their explanation on the ZENTANGLES > TEACHING ZENTANGLE page. However, I am rather doubtful they will teach elsewhere because of the tremendous logistics involved in getting the entire Zentangle staff (not just the teachers) to the location AND all the supplies and materials and exhibits that are part of the experience. It is an enormous undertaking.

If you check the list of CZTs, you’ll see that people have come from all over the world for this training and it is an experience that is substantially more valuable than the additional cost of the travel. Why not become one of the first in Spain?

Just signed up for the CZT Training October, 2014 and I want to run through the office screaming with joy. WHOO-HOO!! But, hey, this is a professional establishment so I’ll just keep it to a really big smile! Look out MA, here I come!

Kelli, I am signed up for the October CZT Training too. I am so excited I can hardly stand myself! My friend, Paulette, is also signed up for October. Counting the days!
