How to draw FLWR BOX

Zentangle pattern: Flwr BoxFlwr Box comes to us from CZT® Kathy Barringer of Albany, capital of the great state of New York, and it’s her first on the site.

This pretty tangle pattern begins with a “channel” grid and it’s fun to have a grid-based tangle that’s just a little different than usual for a change.

Kathy writes Flwr Box is “pretty simple, just lines and loops, and is a nice compliment to other tangles in a tile.

I’m a CZT from the most recent class, Seminar 10, and have been tangling for about a year and a half. I never thought I’d begin a new venture after retiring, but here I am. I started teaching classes in December and I’m loving it.

Kathy illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Flwr Box here on her blog and features it in a lovely completed Zentangle®.
