Questions about TanglePatterns eBooks

• Before you contact me about my TanglePatterns.com TANGLE GUIDE, make sure you have thoroughly read page 2 of the Guide first. It explains the blank squares so you know how the GUIDE works.
• Once downloaded, TanglePatterns eBooks cannot be refunded.
• Due to the amount of personal time it takes to replace lost files, they can no longer be replaced at no charge. A replacement can be obtained with a new contribution. Thanks for your understanding.

Please fill in the form below. If you require a reply, double check that you’ve given me the correct email address. Bad email addresses from typos make it impossible for me to reply. This occurs alarmingly more often than you’d think and it’s frustrating for both parties. I usually reply during weekday business hours.
