I ordered the beginners’ kit late on 4th April. It arrived on the 13th … in the UK. That’s a better turnaround than some of the big UK companies.
The $20 postage was worth it – a sturdy box containing the absolutely fantastic box. Coupled with the lack of import duty (This time) I may start saving for some similar kits.
I am trying to order
Prestrung Tiles
Black tiles and
Zandala prestrung
I order the first two but when I go from PayPal to continue shopping to get the Mandala set it comes up as another order thus extra shipping. What am I doing wrong.

Hi Barbara, you aren’t doing anything wrong, you have to place two separate orders.
When a Zendala Set or Official Kit order is placed at the same time as a tile order, we package and ship them together. If applicable, we refund a portion of the shipping for the tiles based on our mailing costs for the total package weight.
As the purple section above says: “Mix and match any combination of “Add to Cart” items 4-7 BELOW up to a maximum $85.00 and your order ships USPS First Class Mail for $18.00; if your “Add to Cart” order is over $85, shipping is $36. Does not include Items 1-3 above which must be ordered separately.”
The Zendala Set or the Official Kit have to be ordered separately because shipping charges are based on weight. We know what shipping costs are for the Zendala Sets and Official Kits. However, tile orders vary with items selected and quantities.
A complicated explanation, I know. But a simple solution – place two orders.
