Tangle Refresher!

Wow, time to “Fall back” already. In North America, we change our clocks back to Standard Time on the first Sunday in November and this means it sure gets dark early.

Did you know that Daylight Saving Time was first implemented in the First World War? And that it was invented by a New Zealand entomologist in 1895 so he could collect his insects in the light of the summer evening?

In any case, at this time of year when it gets dark early on Standard Time it’s great for sitting down – perhaps with a nice glass of wine – and tangling a while. Cheers, and happy tangling!

Tangle Refreshers can remind you of patterns you might not have used for a while or introduce you to patterns you might have missed. Here are five more tangle pattern gems and a Tangle Refresher from a year (or two) ago for your tangling pleasure.

I was wondering how to locate a CZT near my home in North Texas…Sherman, to be exact….I would love to take a class…I’ve been tangling on my own …making cards etc.
    Great fun…

Hi Donna, you can always find the link to the list of Certified Zentangle Teachers in the left sidebar on any page under the heading “Source Websites”. Contact any of the CZTs by email, some are often willing to travel too if you can’t find one near you. Good luck!
