How to draw ZAZZY

Zentangle pattern: ZazzyThe Zazzy tangle starts a little differently with a grid of evenly spaced dots and grows from there. CZT® Sue Clark of Loveland, CO, created Zazzy and writes, “I have been playing with the letter ‘Z’ and this tangle for awhile.” She finalized the steps while enjoying some classic Motown moments.

Zazzy has lots of potential for variation and in Sue’s illustration of how to draw it she features a Zentangle® showing a couple of them. I’ve added my own interpretation here in my example.

“There are two ways of doing this tangle,” says Sue, and she illustrates both with step-by-step instructions here. She also illustrates a cool version of Zazzy drawn in concentric circles.
