CZT® Carole Ohl’s blog is one of my personal favorites and Footlites is her recent new tangle pattern.
I really enjoy Carole’s philosophy, her style of tangling and her creative tangling tips that I always find really helpful. This one on “making bridges” is a good example.
Check out what tanglers are doing with Carole’s cool Tangle-A-Day calendar for daily Zentangle® exercises, here.
Here in my example of Footlites, I drew back-to-back versions and added a bit of shading to it. I know, adding shading to “footlites” seems kinda illogical
Carole illustrates the step-by-step instructions for drawing Footlites, here.

Hi Linda and everyone,
)
As asked, I’m stopping by and saying HI !
I am so addicted to this wonderful relaxation of tangling, calms my mind magnificently! I have been gradually working through an “exercise” using tangles to decorate around each letter of our Alphabet and so far I am up to Q. As well, I usually make time to work each day using a particular tangle, finding out if I can modify a particular design or not…….this is enlightening,(!) as sometimes my ‘variations’ are great and sometimes very UN-great ! I am only a newbie (since the end of last year, but I’m tumbling through tangling with great delight!
By the way, does anyone know of any CZT ‘s in Queensland
Australia ??
cheers,
Sue
